Summary of Performers' Looking Back to Inui Toko 1st Live in Their Stream
Inui Toko 1st Live, "Who I Am" was held on December 10 2020 in Zepp Yokohama, with Inui Toko as main performer and guests Ange Katrina, Lize Helesta, Higuchi Kaede, and Hoshimachi Suisei (Hololive). The host for pre-concert and post-concert show were Furen E. Lustario and Rindou Mikoto. Below are summaries of their commentary after the live, in chronological order of their streaming hours. I copy pasted from Discord posts I typed on phone so there will be massive typos. Apologies
From Hoshimachi Suisei's zatsudan (free talk stream):
- Since her place was far, she slept in the hotel the day before. She woke up to annoying iPhone alarm from the room beside hers in the hotel. That person whoever it was didnt wake up at all despite the incessant noises.
- She went to the venue earlier than scheduled. She arrived by the back stage room and someone with red hair was standing around. Since Suisei wasn't sure if that was a certain Nijisanji alchemist and the person, too, seemed unsure, they just kind of looked away from each other. That person passed the backstage room and then somehow walked backward into the room suspiciously and went nervously lik "N-nice to. m-meet you. I-i'm A-Ange Katrina. Y-yoroshiku onegaishimasu." and their conversation ended just by that.
- Someone white haired came after Ange a while later wearing a mask, saw her and like, "I'm Lize Helesta, pleased to meet you." Suisei said she was elegant.
- Suisei was told to go into the Nijisanji back room and everyone was there + Deron+ Mikoto-sama. Suisei at first felt out of place but Mikoto-sama kept engaging her into conversation, such as her tetris "you're good at tetris right?" "eh no no not at all" "no way, warawa watches you a lot" and thanks to the talk she managed to talk with the others and felt closer with them.
- Suisei wanna pull gacha but she knows her hand hold no luck and asked Lize beside her, who panicked and said "I have no luck! Really dont!! Really!!" Suise was like "please press the button, you dont have to think of anything", anyway Lize pressed and there was not a single color change (if you get rarity, at least 4 stars, the lights changes. not for Lize.) Suisei commented "She really has no luck"
- Suisei asked Ange, who went "Is 10 pull okay?" "yes please" and she got 2 five stars but they were duped. Suisei said "Ange-san has it (luck) in her"
- Suisei then asked Mikoto-sama, who pulled 1 5 stars, also duped.
- Suisei asked Inui, who pulled the 5 stars of the season which Suisei wanted in one push.
- meanwhile Deron was in another room sleeping. (btw Lize also slept, she listened to Inui humming her songs and it was so nice she fell asleep and said it was a great sleep.)
--Suisei said she at first didnt expect but was elated when she got the offer for the live, and when they talked of what songs to sing, the first thing in their mind was EnStar.

- She got the offer for Inui's commentary in late November, very late, and despite her schedule (she was thinking of deadlines and so on), she OK'd the offer within 5 sec
- She got to listen to the rehearsal from the viewer seat, number 21st, in the very middle. she watched it with her manager and already wanted to cry since the rehearsal because Inui and the band were letting their all even from the rehearsal. During the main event, Mikoto-sama listened from the back room
- Mikoto-sama really loves suisei's voice and she already knew of Tokomachi enstar cover before it was released and she loved it, she also looked forward to them in the stage. Mikoto-sama also talked of Suisei's tetris skill and said "that is pro gamer skill", also said "Why are so many Vtubers has such beautiful voices? Are all of you born to sing?" (warawa you too tho)
---trivia:
- Mikoto-sama said she really really really likes Lilim. She knows of Lilim 3D. She said she never get to interact with Lilim so it was just one way liking. Warawa said for someone she really likes/loves she doesn't say it much to them, or unable to.
- someone asked her what of Ange, and Warawa said her "suki" to Ange is hard to explain, It was not a feelings to friends, nor was it to coworkers. A comment ask "then who is your true love?" Warawa was like "What do you mean? I always have and always will answer Patra. I love Patra. If Patra is there Warawa will be there, that is how much I love Patra" "Then Ange is just your plaything?" "Of course! She always is"
- "is Ange a pet" "it must be nice to keep Ange as pet, I will spoil her"
- Mikoto-sama folded the clothes that Ange took off in the backstage, though probably Ange didnt know about it.
Inui after live stream summary
a. When she first got the offer, she didnt say yes right away, even if she really wanted to do the live. She said if they were to do the live with guests, firstly she would ask Sanbaka first. Only after Sanbaka said yes, she would answer if she wanted the live or not. She said it was her selfish answer to the staff during the offer. Inui said she would not be there and everything would not happen if it werent for the two, and she said a live without them is unthinkable.
She did not want to pressure the two about it as well so she opened up to them like "there is a talk about a live..." and both answered her really fast, rejoicing for her and said they'd def go as guests. Only after then, the live was decided and Inui then thought of the other guests.
b. Inui picked Suichan, and because there are a lot of things to take care (esp the "adult stuff") but she wanted Suichan there because, Suichan is a person that she respected a lot and is also a good friend of her. She said Suichan also influence her in many ways , and thus wanted her in it. She said because Suichan is Suichan, it was possible.
c. When it was about Deron, the first thing that Inui did was researching at first if Deron is actually busy at the time, because although Sanbaka was busy, Deron is even more. However Inui wanted Deron to be there no matter what, as Deron with her Kana-Dero is the one that made her go to Nijisanji, and Deron also said yes to her offer.
d. Episodes about rehearsals etc:
the one she spent the most time rehearsing with was Suichan, and she said Suichan is a very prim person, going into small details while they practice their dancing and Inui said she could only do that because it was Suichan. Inui had a lot of difficulties in singing while dancing and it was the first time she realized she'd be singing more songs other than the two songs with Suichan and went 'oh no'.
The band members are all so chill and also very nice, they went on and talk about details in the songs etc while also being very relaxed.
Inui realized for some reason she kept feeling hungry at Yoake no Hotaru. She asked the band members "I'm hungry..."
".... shall we go eat?"
"do performers usually eat mid way?"
"uh no.."
then she didnt go eat in the end. Thankfully thanks to adrenaline during the D day she didnt get hungry lol.
During the D day, there was no earmony (the earphone to harmonize the sound between everyone esp the band music etc) for Cerberus so she got one especially made, and she got the left and right earphone, one was red, one was bright blue (Ange (red) and Lize (bright blue) color).
Inui said probably the others are more nervous than her but around a week before the stage she got many who came and send her messages to make her not nervous. Lize suddenly sent her a picture of a dove and said "Plump dove!" and Inui was like but that Dove wasnt plump at all tho?????? and Lize went like "are you okay? are you nervous?" right after the dove pict, which Inui then realized probably that was Lize's way to open up the conversation since it was awkward to suddenly ask how she was doing so she opened it up with the (not plump at all) plump dove. Inui found it amusing and sent to Ange, who said "Me too!!!" and then sent Inui pictures of her cat.
Inui said in a rehearsal day there was a really delicious looking bread in the catering and she wanted it but she prolly couldnt eat it right away so she meant to steal it home. Right when she had it in her hand though, "Inui-san?" she got called and with two hands still holding the bread she wanted to steal, she went back, in her head berating herself for not putting the bread straight into her bag.
For the shadow announcer, the one hour before was staff, the 5 minutes before was LizeAn. Inui said she was actually right behind LizeAn, and she went dancing with happiness whenever LizeAn slipped in their reading. Inui said both were perfect in rehearsal, while Inui was the one who kept slipping saying Inui Toko First Live Who I Am, but Inui managed to say it perfectly during the stage, and LizeAn were the ones who fumbled instead.
Inui said for sanbaka dance it was more like one of em go here, the other follow suit. After the stage, after the last kage announce, finishing everything, she turned back and found Ange was like, staring blankly at her and Inui was like worried, 'you okay???' and Ange just stared at her still like staring into space and like "that was so good..." Suisei, who was beside Ange, went "She cried the whole time!"
Inui said she did not feel like crying at all, after all she felt she shall not, also for everyone else, but the most was when she finished everything, and then finally went to the backstage
when she opened the door, Lize was there and opened her arms, and went "come". She said when she went and hugged Lize that time she almost cried as everything came back to her, and while Lize pat her back while they hugged, Inui saw how Ange was watching them both right beside them, making a really kind face, the kindest Inui has ever seen Ange made
The other time where she almost cried was when after that, the manager, Lize and Ange came in bringing a very big bouquet that has all 3 sanbaka flowers in it. Inui's color was often made black, but for this bouquet it was exactly her image colors, along with the other two. and her reaction was really loud
After saying thank you to everyone while carrying the bouquet and went home, messages from everyone, Lize and Ange and everyone else, came... she got home, showered, and slept like never before.
comment said "how was Yokohama's night scenery"
"The lights of your penlight on the venue is more beautiful than Yokohama night scenery"
she also said she was worried about everyone's hands since everyone kept clapping. She said she felt the warmth from everyone while watching the comments on timeshift going "hang in there people in the venue!!" and so on. She said despite no one are able to say anything, it was actually okay because everything got through, that probably everyone is dying to shout on the venue, it was amazing how everyone kept their manners, and also how amazing despite having masked and being silent, she could see everyone was smiling, or laughing, and their enthusiasm was conveyed back to her. She said it was live that made her felt "a live she doesnt wanna end"
Summary of Inui's live talk from Deron's zatsudan:
a. When she was asked to be the guest, it came in the form of really long, polite discord chat from Inui. Deron then also received the offer from the management, who told her that Inui herself would like to say it to her. Deron ofc accepted it.
b. It was not the first time for her to meet Inui, though it was true she did not really have a lot of opportunity to interact with Inui. The first time for her meeting Inui (and Lize) was a few months after sanbaka debuted. Deron was going home to the office, and the staff said Inui and Lize, who happened to be around, would like to meet her to introduced themselves. She said her first impression of Inui (and Lize) was a very polite, well mannered person. Deron did not interact a lot with Inui, tho they have covered a song together (which actually really did not result in them conversing a lot)
c. It was Deron's first meeting with Ange, she might have a time she actually interacted with Ange in a large circle, but either way since she never joined the large discord group chat (and Ange also never), they never really interacted. Their first interaction was in twitter when Ange said she couldn't sleep and asked someone to hit the back of her head, and so Deron went and hit her. No reply came from Ange and deron was at first afraid she was wrong in calculating their proximity, but then turned out Ange was passing out and prolly it was just Deron hitting the wrong point lol
c. Talk of Yobanashi Deceive and esp Daze. Deron had difficulty in catching harmonies, Inui helped her in that and taught her. Deron also said Inui was the one who said "why dont we alternate in doing the harmonies?" and Deron was elated that she'd have Inui harmonize to her, saying Inui's voice had weight to it that it felt like when they sing together, Inui's voice supported hers.
d. Backstage talk. First meeting with Ange, Deron wondering what kind person Ange is, and Ange was there with empty plastic package of happy turn, candies, pet bottle, around her, and she was like 'u gonna alchemize something about it?' but actually no, Ange just went 'Oh~ toilet~ toilet~ oh toilet~" and went to toilet leaving them on tge table, which Mikoto-sama then went "gosh, Ange~~" and tidied em up. Lize, on the other hand, is a direct opposite in how she was always proper, the type who would proper re-touch her make up after meal, for example. Deron the two had a friendly quarrel, when Suisei was up on the stage, Deron sat with LizeAn, where Ange suddenly said something "Lize you XXXX" and Lize went "oh you!!" and Ange went "sorry sorry ahha", their voices sounded like they were quarreling but then a split second later they laughed together, and Deron said she watched them while feeling what a cute scene that was. She said they also spent time together, at times also talking with Mikoto-sama or Suisei, commenting what a great friend they both are
e. Deron said she saw how the comment also went "what a gap between Suisei's song and Sanbaka" and she said "indeed, but it was very sanbaka". Deron said with sanbaka in Nijisanji, Nijisanji was getting stronger and she is very glad to have been born in the same timeline as Sanbaka. She also believed that with sanbaka with them too nijisanji will get even stronger from now. She said she, too, had always been watching sanbaka like any listeners are and knew how close they are, close enough for 24h together, and so on. She looked forward to the Tokyo revenge live as just like everyone, she too, is an otaku. She also hoped with Who I Am as a beginning, while she was talking with Suisei, there will be a chance for Hololive and Nijisanji to co perform together.
Also Deron commented how Inui said, during the main show, how Who I Am did not exact have meaning and she just pick it because it sound cools, but Deron said "I am sure Inui thought a lot about it, for example the opening movie and each of the songs. Inui is actually shy, she probably answered that because she was too embarrassed to say it"
Inui said in her stream a while before though, the opening movie of Who I Am was a form of respect (taking inspiration from) Deron's KANA DERO. The listeners told Deron about it, and she was happy to hear it.
Inui live Ange's Zatsudan Summary before SKB-bu Mariokart 13122020
a. Ange said she probably arrived first in the venue, going there together with Lize. The backstage originally had 2 room for performers, for hololive and for nijisanji. After arriving, Ange went to the toilet. As she went back, she realized the door to the other room was opened, and she saw a blue haired girl there as she passed by and wondered if that was Suisei and midway thought about a lot of stuff like shall I greet but should I not but then they would meet later etc etc esp since it was her first time, and anyway as a result she walked backward like rewinding casette to Suisei's room and awkwardly introduced herself. She said it was no wonder Suisei talked in her own stream that Ange was suspicious af (Suisei noted how Ange basically walked backward into the room). It was also her first to meet Deron, tho she had saw her once during training. Her comment on Deron's impression of her (her going "Ottoilet ~ Ottoilet ~~ before going to toilet), was that in a space where there are many peoole she just met the first time, Ange just wanted to look like she was approachable but she overdid it and she only turned into a weirdo.
btw Ange's comment on them saying she littered, she said she didn't, she meant to throw all her garbage later by collecting them first and she was looking for trashcan while going to the toilet (insert her going I aint littering!! here)
b. At first LizeAn wanted to give flowerstand (Lize's idea) but then they decided with bouquet. LizeAn went to the flowershop the day before, and at first since Ange was also red, they thought of just making it maroon (Inui's color), and make the wrapping Blue and Red for LizeAn. However in the shop they ended with Sanbaka color+LizeAn wrapping, also had a black carnations in since Ange kept saying it was cool, which made Lize asked to put it in the bouquet (Lize also agreed it was).
The next problem was not getting find out by Inui. They asked the manager to put the bouquet in manager's room not their back room and they meant to give it after post-concert show, by pretending to to go to toilet but actually taking the bouquet. After post concert show, when LizeAn said they wanna go to toilet tho, Inui suddenly went "ah me too, I need to take something" and they went Oh SHIT and frantically gestured "Cancel!! cancel!!" to the manager. Both then went to the toilet and pondered in the toilet like "what... should we do". After peeking from the toilat to see Inui isnt around, they rushed to the manager room and rushed the manager for the bouquet, who in the state of panic, ripped the paper bag it was in and gave it to LizeAn. it was chaos on who gave it, and for video to be taken but in the end, with Lize opening the door, Inui's reaction was amazing and Ange said the bouquet was worth everything.
c. Ange cannot stop looking at the other two sanbaka during dancing, during training and even on stage. She did not want to miss them looking at her during the stage and meeting eyes with Inui and Lize made her so happy, even though she tried hard to look at the audience and actually reminded herself to, she ended up searching for the other two and she apologized for that, for not looking at the audience more. She really loves meeting eyes with sanbaka. She said she wanna fix that in the next live (it is okay Ange, seriously that is teetee).
d. The Happy Taan (a name of a snack. Happy turn? I only know the katakana as well) incident. There are snacks in the room like Jagariko, Happy Taan, the omiyage mikoto-sama brought and so on. Ange was so moved at how delicious Happy Taan was, as she used to not like it, she ate 6 packs of em. Kaede took one of the Happy Taan, and examined it and like '... the seasoning powder aint on it' and protested. Anyway she was so >: ( about it Inui went like "Why dont you call the costumer service about it?" lol in which Kaede actually really did look into it, groaning at how it closed at 5 PM. Ange also gave Kaede a happy taan, who examined it... then put it down lol, probably it did not pass the seasoning powder inspection. After the concert, they were offered to bring back some snack and Ange went eh really and took like 3 packs of em, even including the one Kaede discarded. Lize commented something 'cheapskate' or 'shallow' on it wwww.
e. Inui's live was Ange's first ever to attend a live. She had never been in one before. During rehearsal, she sat by the guest seat, Inui's performance was so amazing, after Inui's ori song she just cried from awe. During the live, since she was performing she tried her best not to cry until her part, so that her voice wont show how she just cried. Yet around sore wa anata no shiawase da to shitemo, she cried again, and in Shukumei she basically bawled. She said she felt so much what amazing doukis (batchmates) she has, both Inui and Lize, that they are both genius, that they are both amazing, and the feelings was overwhelming she could only cried. She expressed how she felt so frustrated with her lack of vocabulary because she couldnt say anything but amazing, how she wondered if her feelings, of being moved and touched by the live so much, was able to get through at all. In the train, she said it to Lize, who going home the same way as her, who also then told her, "Why don't you just say it honestly to her then", which made Ange to send Inui a long message after.
f. The incident of Inui hugging Lize. It happened really right beside her. When Inui came back to the back room after finishing the stage and everything, Lize opened her arms and said "come". It happened exactly right beside Ange, who struggled in her head, to : a. joined and hugged them both or b. watched, and she decided to watch over, smiling all the while. She said physical contact is difficult thing..
Ange was visibly still very emotional about it, she seemed to almost cry, again, while talking about it. But anyway it cut off since she had to go to SKB-bu mario kart (she apologized for doing it 30 min before skb-bu mario kart).

Until this post is made (Dec 17 2020), Lize has yet to make a zatsudan about it. However during the Youtube blackout, she came into Inui's superchat reading stream due to her having problem cutting her member only stream, and they talked about doing sanbaka commentary on the live later on, which they have yet to determine when. Lize currently is having internet problem so she almost entirely only doing member only stream to test her connection. She did Nijisanji Millionair stream in the 15th, but she have yet to say anything of the live, probably saving it for a proper time (since Lize always properly scheduled everything before hand for a zatsudan).
