Livestream Summary & Rambling: Lize Helesta & Ange Katrina (LizeAn) combi (1?)
After the Sanbaka post, I would like to talk about one of the most popular pairings in JP fandom from Sanbaka: LizeAn. LizeAn (リゼアン) itself is the combi/unit name of Lize Helesta and Ange Katrina. In the past listeners asked them if the unit name is AnLize or LizeAn, both answered it is LizeAn and not the other way around. Ange said because she has "tendency to be at the right side"*. One of the reasons why LizeAn is so popular is because they legit are just really close to each other, no matter the way you see them (shipping or not). Being friends even before they are Vtuber, their interaction together feels natural and relaxed, which is very fun and warm to watch. This blog post will talk of their episodes together, most of which are very wholesome. The episodes written in this blog will be what I remember during the typing of this blog.
*In pairing naming of couples, the one on the left is the top while the one on the right is the bottom. Ange is signifying she has the preference to be the bottom in a relationship.

This post is meant to explain their interactions and episodes. In general, shipping in fandom are okay as long as done responsibly. In reality pov, no romantic relationship is true unless the livers announced them formally (Like the case with Crossick, who are legit a couple) so please ship responsibly by respecting the livers and fellow fans. Remember that both of them are real persons so please, if you feel like doing marshmallow/comment in Twitter or Youtube Channel/during streams, please refrain from bothering livers about your ship (asking XXX liver about XXX liver, nagging about XX liver not seeing XX liver on streams anymore, etc). If you feel like shipping, ship while *not* bothering the livers. Listeners are just listeners, one shall not "steer", "touch", be "know-it-all" about livers' private personal relationship with someone else. Remember what you see are only what you are allowed to see and not everything so lets not throw assumptions/accusations on livers' face which may make them uncomfortable. They are not anime character, but real living person. Shipping is okay, being indecent human being is not. So lets ship responsibly!

Overview
Lize and Ange have really close relationship with each other, close enough that both know each other's family. Lize came to Nijisanji after being inspired by Tsukino Mito's Louis Copy Paste reading using voice changer, while Ange came to Nijisanji because Lize invited her into it. Ange said it would be fun if it is with Lize and jumped in. In Twitter, Lize said "When I decided that I will jump to this new world, if this time I let go, you are a friend I wont be able to get a second time so I think it is something where you should be in it, so I want you to go with me together".
In other tweets, they also had times when Lize said,"Please continue to be beside me until I become a proper Queen" to which Ange replied, "even after you have become a queen, I have no intention of leaving your side at all."
Before Nijisanji
According to Lize, they met each other when young Lize had enough of her castle and ran away from home. Ange showed her some alchemy and after that they become good friends. Period. When asked by marshmallow what was their first impression about each other, Lize's answer was "Ange was edgy" while Ange's answer was "Lize was a brat".
They talked of the topic again in Valentine 2020, where at the "you were a brat that time, but that is probably because of your age" Lize said "Yeah, I was young back then". Being 9 years different in age, both said if they met "at the same age" (around Lize now), they probably would not be able to get along so well. Ange said her younger self was edgy and rebellious, thinking of people as enemies and used to be in a the loud group, while Lize said she always runs away from people like that in class.
The first ever purikura (photobox picture) experience for Lize was with Ange. She was afraid she would lose the picture, so she has one stored safely and one in her wallet which she kept in her person all the time. Lize said she has no idea how to strike a pose when having her picture taken so she always looks at Ange's pose and immitate Ange. When the comments asked Ange about the purikura, Ange said it must be around somewhere with unsure words, but she then added how she and Lize have both a piece of a heart shaped ornaments they made with both of their hands.
Years before Nijisanji, Lize gave Ange a birthday present a sake inside a bottle shaped cinderella glass shoes adorned with her birthstone (Sapphire). Ange said she still stored it safely and havent opened it, saying probably she would open it when Lize is in the age to drink together with her.

Ange has a time where she had to move to Tokyo for a job. Lize came to visit her one day and Ange said she'd take her to a popular pancake shop. This pancake story was told in full when a marshmallow asked Lize what was her most precious moment with Ange.
They went to the pancake shop and ordered banana pancake. When their order came, there was a round banana block on the pancake. Ange took the block and ate it in full then went silent. Lize was about to eat it too when Ange said, "Lize. Don't. That's not banana. That's butter". Turned out Ange ate the butter whole. After then she looked annoyed and like "there is no butter now!" and Lize was like "You want mine?" "but I'd feel bad, so don't worry" "Why dont you order another one?" Ange was like, "they'd look at me mad, look that woman ate a whole butter and now asked for another one!"
After the pancake thing, Ange came into the stream then said for her, the most memorable moment was after going back to the pancake, it was time for them to say goodbye. Lize should go back to Helesta while Ange stayed in Tokyo, at the station Lize started to look like she was about to cry, and Ange, panicking, hugged her despite usually really bad at skinship. Both said it was unusual for Lize to cry at simple goodbye but Lize said it was because it will be a long time before she would see Ange again, which ended with her crying.
In response to a marshmallow, Ange said she doesnt cry in front of someone. Comment asked, what about in front of Lize? Ange replied, especially in front of Lize. However she said there was a time she was overwhelmed by work so much she was in unstable emotional state (before in Nijisanji). She hugged Lize and cried, in which Lize cried together with her. Ange then commented, "Lize is such a good girl, she has no single bad traits in her"
In around Valentine 2019, Ange took her interview for Nijisanji, where she tried to make a joke during interview and only met qith straight faces and she thought she couldn't make it. She then phoned Lize about it, apologizing how she might not make it then after that went alone to the Planetarium. Lize said in her interview interviewers were relaxed and laughed and Ange was like no way... Thankfully, both made it together.
Ange said she has seen Lize's little brother, the Third Prince, and said he "appears like Lize's brother". Lize came to Ange's home a lot when they were still in Helesta and even remembered the schedule of Ange's household's meal time. She also came playing in between their tight schedule and between stream.
As Nijisanji
In the early days of Sanbaka, LizeAn topic are frequently said by both Lize and Ange, way more than they do now (this is written in August 2020).
Ange said, Lize is someone who can speak her mind straightforwardly which she sees as a positive trait. One of the example Ange gave was Lize once told her "No matter what you do to me, if it is you who does it, I dont think I will ever be able to hate you".
When they talked of a trait that they hope each other would fix, Lize's answer was "for Ange to stop being unreachable at day" then she explained how she always contacted Ange at fixed interval and sent a lot of messages. Ange confirmed that when she woke up she would find a string of messages, which Lize told her to answer per point in chronological order each time. Ange said it was because she just slept at that time, where Lize protested, "if it gets worse we wont be able to meet each other."
Ange's answer for what she hoped Lize would fix was "For Lize to stop making jealous moves whenever I talked about someone else too much" the example was when Ange talked too much of Inui being cute and Lize was like why do you keep talking of her. Lize protested that she has never do that. Lize was like "where? written chat?" and Ange said "Yes, I can scroll up", which silenced Lize who didn't say anything else. Btw when asked what traits that they like from each other, Ange said "Lize's jealous move".
Ange said she wanted Lize's girlfriend voice pack. Ange said it was totally for no strange purposes and simply curiosity.
During the topic of "Waking up streams" a marshmallow asked why don't LizeAn did "Falling asleep" streams, where flustered Ange said, "I wont be able to survive. Just listening to the sound of Lize going into futon on phone already threw me off, having her fallen asleep on phone is out of the question. What if I become the only one who thinks too much of it the next day? what should I do? it's impossible (to do)"
Refering to this stream, during a Spellunker collaboration Sasaki asked Lize, "are you two a thing?" in which Lize said "what do you mean", Sasaki then explained about what Ange about having Lize falling asleep at the other side of the phone. Lize said "that is just her, right? If Sasaki-san does the same (going into the futon with Ange on the phone), Ange will react the same", where Sasaki then said "then I guess next time I should try do it", Lize then quickly said "wait, that's different" "what's different" "That's just different..."
Lize talked in her zatsudan how people started telling her that her frequency of calling Ange was not normal (she has even called Ange while brushing her teeth, where Ange said in her Twitter she didnt understand 90% of it. Lize replied on said Twitter post, being angry because Ange said she didnt understand 70%, not 90%). Lize said she evaluated herself and tried to keep from contacting Ange the whole day, which she said she almost contacted Ange unconsciously at least 4 times in that day. On Twitter, Ange updated "There is no LINE from Lize today.." and seeing that Twitter Lize, appeared smug, said "See! You all say I am the one who is too attached but isn't she, too also feeling uneasy? And so I thought, she must have felt restless over there and went on Discord and I found her playing DOTA Chess."
Ange said her first kiss, if counted, would have been Lize........ in Minecraft. (Lize came in the comment section panicking"it's Minecraft! It's Minecraft!" but did not deny the kissing part smh). The view of their kissing would be best seen in Inui's pov of Sanbaka minecraft stream.
Ange once had a zatsudan talking about her upcoming schedule when she accidentally changed the page and her previous note was shown on screen, which had her writing Ange ♥ Lize, making her panicking and nervously laughing. Sasaki came on the comment section saying "Gachi yan...." << this become a meme. Ange said it was "Ange ♥" "Lize" and not "Ange ♥ Lize", but in the end she was like lets end this topic and move on. Lize came in the comment, "what happened?" and Ange was like "nothing happened! Nothing!"
During APA Hotel stream where both streamed from their hotel room, Lize told the story of how Ange panicking when knowing they would be in the same room. Ange asked if the bed was king size or double, and if two girls are in the room together what is actually the normal way to do it and all of that, in which Lize, who was like "well either way is fine!" finally said "fine! let's just make it double bed.". In the hotel room, Ange was pacing and couldn't stay still during the stream until Lize said, come here and sit, which she finally did. They also talked of how Lize let her hair remained damp after the shower and Ange could not stand seeing it as it would hurt her hair, and finally she used hair dryer to dry Lize's hair, which Lize said it felt good and it would have been nice to have someone drying her hair every day like Ange did. In the next zatsudan, Ange talked of how Lize was wearing the available room kimono, which made Ange nervous all the time since "it looks like it can came off any times. It makes me feel like I can see something but not really like--forget it."
Lize said Ange is very forgiving as a person, she has never seen Ange getting angry even once in their long time being friends. Ange said that perhaps she cannot hate someone that she already likes. Lize then said the only time she had seen Ange angry was when Ange getting angry for her sake. Ange said, "I realized it was bad mouthing and I get really angry, but then I saw you not bothered about it, so I self-reflect that maybe I should not have done that". Lize said she respected that part of Ange and perhaps should learn from it. Ange also said the time when she saw Lize was angry was for her sake. Lize said unlike Ange who would self-reflect, she would simply just get angry.
During her first singing stream, Ange was extremely nervous and she said it was because Lize was not there. She explained how before her stream she usually phoned Lize, asking Lize to praise/support her before her stream and thus she could calm down, however this time Lize was not around and she was panicking.
When Ange failed to make her Eevee stream and instead had to make emergency zatsudan instead, she was really down, and she phoned Lize on LINE midstream, crying out how she had tried everything, which Lize confirmed. Lize tried to calm her down, was surprised when knowing the voice call got into the stream, but after knowing that she then said how the failed stream was completely technical trouble, that Ange was not tech illiterate and they had tried everything but unable to find out what happened, and that Ange had always properly have everything set up for streams usually. Ange asked Lize to say she is number one, the funniest one, even above Sasaki-senpai, which made Lize "..." and Ange went "you should have said I am in this kind of situation" "I see! okay! Okay! You're the funniest". Inui also LINEd her support to Ange during this time.
LizeAn Week is a project where Ange and Lize lived in the same room for a week and streamed every day for the whole week. The project was realized when Ange said she wanted to do something like outings where you have sleepovers, and Lize said yes to the idea immediately. This is said in Comptiq 2020 new year Sanbaka article. At the end of LizeAn week, Lize cried after saying what she wrote in her stream descriptions, how they are close yet not family, and that she was worried if bad things would happen but turned out the whole week was so fun, just like a dream and thanked Ange for it. Sanbaka watches each other's new costume streams. During Lize's summer clothes, Ange said afterwards that "Lize is beautiful, a jewel. She is already beautiful just by being there. Lize is the person who suits blue the most." During Ange's summer clothes, Lize sent a red superchat of 10,000 Yen, where Ange then said "Is that okay? I know that you don't receive much pocket money from your mother, your pocket money is 3,000 yen a month, that is more than 3 months of pocket money!"
When Ange had an important collaboration with phone provider AU (which even has DJ Love from popular band Sekai no Owari), she got technical difficulties where her avatar and her voice did not transmit. Despite having a stream that overlapped Ange's stream, Lize actually phoned Ange to support her during that time, before she began her own stream. After it all, Ange said she thanked Lize, and that she was fine because she had talked to Lize.
For Christmas, Ange bought Lize a Limited edition Pikachu Mascara which even Lize, who basically stand by waiting by the site to get it during both of its two waves sales, unable to get. It is touching as Ange did not understand Pokemon, but get the mascara never the less for Lize. Lize asked Ange how she could get it, which Ange did not answer as she instead talked about how she was nervous about the colors of the Pallette she choose, in case Lize did not like it. Lize was elated by the present, she said hadn't use it because she did not want to make the brush dirty.
Ange said she has an Evernote where she write the things the person she likes seems to want when they walk together or something, to give as present one day. She said she brought a present for Lize, which Lize did not even remember she wanted.
When Ange moved to Virtual Tokyo, she said to Lize "I want to bring you together with me." Ange rarely talked of what she wanted, so although in the past her mother said no to her on moving to Tokyo, Lize talked to her mother once more. When knowing that Ange would also be in Tokyo, her mother gave a yes right away, which surprised even Lize. The condition was, for her to live close enough to Ange. The place they rent in the end was close enough that they could go eat together anytime they please, said Ange.
When Ange was ill with influenza in Virtual Tokyo while Lize was still in Helesta, mid stream Lize expressed how worried she was and had a lot of things she wanted to reprimand Ange about (such as why Ange slept in the hallway mid winter for her friend when her friend came visit, why Ange ate McDonald etc) but she swallowed them all and just wished her well. She then ranted about Ange eating McDonald burger again the same stream, saying if only she was close, she would have nursed her as much as it is needed.
During i's 3D stream, when the topic was about "who has the worse sleeping position", Kaede and Mikoto pointed at Lize, because during training when they slept on the floor Lize rolled around so much she even got a cellotape on her clothes. Mikoto-sama said since Lize is sleeping with a cat, she must have moved to give room for her cat, which makes her sleeping posture kind of bad. Ange tweeted after the stream, saying "Lize's sleeping posture is neat/beautiful". Ange had said Lize's sleeping face and sleeping posture is beautiful, during APA hotel and LizeAn week free talk, and she said it again in her zatsudan stream after i's. She also said Lize was trying her best for the 3D stream, that she was really busy but still tried her best taking time for the trainings.
Lists of things that Ange has which matches with Lize: body soap, hair treatment, bag, purse, phone case, and she said there are still items she hadnt said. For the purse and bag, they went out shopping one day and what Lize said cute, Ange find it cute too. For the bag, Ange was elated when Lize chose matching bag (though different in color) because she thought Lize would dislike having same matching bag, turned out she picked matching one. Bad news happened after but Ange said "it is fine, I look at the purse and the bag and I am happy". She recently bought new shampoo and hair treatment tho, branded Cato (Lize's is Milbon) because she's been considering it for a while.
Is this all of the episodes? No. There are many many many others. A lot. There also those small moments where they noted each other during unrelated streams, and so on. But well. This blog post is too long already so uh... Long story short,
Lize said the one person that she could say a friend, a real close friend in her life, it is Ange.
Ange said the person that she trusts the most is Lize. If she named anything Lize, she would want to hold them precious.
LizeAn episode might or might not continue, it depends on my mood. However this one blog post is probably most, if not at least half, of their episodes that I know. I actually also "cut off" some details to make the blog post shorter. Anyway cheers, and have a good day!

Do not bother a liver about other livers in their streams unless the streaming liver talked of the topic first (such as asking "Inui! please, Gibara is doing stupid shit again!" in Inui's comments out of the blue and so on).
